Anatolii Tsos, the Rector of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University met with Public Affairs Service representatives from Prince Roman the Great 14th detached mechanized brigade.The military officers spent a few days in Volyn and were soon leaving again for the war zone.
Together with the representatives, Yaroslav Matviichuk, the First Deputy Mayor of Volodymyr Volynskyi, came to the University. Among others present at the meeting, there were Yuriy Hromyk, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Recruitment and Natalia Blahovirna, the Vice-Rector for educational work and communications.

University officials talked to the military officers about information distribution during the wartime, higher education access for soldiers, students’ national-patriotic upbringing, promotion of the army, etc.

At the end of the meeting Anatolii Tsos, the Rector of the University, presented Volyn sweets to the guests, who were leaving their “small” motherland, and also handed over three binoculars to the “princely” military officers.
