The delegation of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University payed a regular visit to the zone of active hostilities.
Once again, Lesya’s people managed to collect aid for our Heroes and personally handed it over to the defenders. Rector of the University Anatolii Tsos, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education Oleh Dykyi, Associate Professor of the Department of History and Culture of the Ukrainian Language Iryna Levchuk met with servicepersons of the 100th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade in Donetsk region. The representatives of Lesya Ukrainka University of Applied Sciences handed over a DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo quadcopter, food, sweets and other necessary things to Volyn brigade.
In addition, it was possible to meet with the brigade Commander and discuss ways of cooperation. Rector Anatolii Tsos thanked the defenders for providing the opportunity to work and teach. He also expressed his gratitude to the students and employees of the University for the supported charitable initiative, collected funds and assistance.
It should be noted that UAH 80,355 for the purchase of a quadcopter was collected on May 18 during a charity photo marathon for Vyshyvanka Day. Funds from other charitable initiatives were also used for the purchase.
