The students of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University will be educated on the dual education programme at Chief Department of National Social Service in Volyn Oblast. The contract was signed on January 31.
The Rector Anatolii Tsios, the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogical Education and Social Work Volodymyr Antoniuk, and the Associate Professor of Department of Social Work and Pedagogy of Higher Education Svitlana Cherneta attended the meeting with Svitlana Myshkovets, the Head of the Chief Department of National Social Service in Volyn Oblast.
In accordance with the agreement, the students’ practical training programme was developed and approved by the parties. In addition, the students will be assigned a mentor for dual education from the most experienced specialists of the ChiefDepartment of Volyn National Social Service. Students will also be provided with the necessary tools and have access to practical materials.
Education involving the elements of the dual education programme will be provided to students majoring in Specialty 232 “Social Security”. The lecturers assured that young people are interested in such cooperation. Rector Anatolii Tsios expressed confidence that such experience will a be valuable asset in professional development of the students.
