To ensure a high-quality educational process in the context of the current challenges of society, we actively introduce alternative vectors for the development of new ideas and create new platforms for students' pre-service practice aimed at gaining practical experience. The illustrative example of this is the experience of Snizhana Silich and Anastasia Lakhtiuk (students of the СО-25 group). Being engaged in volunteer activities, they got a chance to improve their practical skills in the neurological department of the Lutsk City Clinical Hospital No. 2.

Highly-qualified mentors helped students majoring in speech therapy to try themselves as aphasiologists. Future specialists had the opportunity to work with patients after a stroke and gained new valuable experience in methods of speech restoration in critically ill patients. The teachers of the department and the students express their gratitude to Olha Biletska, the head of the neurological department, for her professional advice and a warm welcome to our students, as well as to Nataliia Sedinia, a teacher-defectologist and speech therapist of KZZSO Lyceum No. 27 for her qualified consultations and support of our students.

It was a new experience for all of us, full of unforgettable impressions, new ideas, and prospects for further cooperation.
