On May 24, an online meeting was held to announce the results of the Volyn regional competition of creative student works dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Vyacheslav Kazymyrovych Lypynskyi.
The competition is organised by Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, V. Lypynsky Charitable Foundation, the Faculty of History, Political Science and National Security, the Department of Political Science and Public Administration.

The competition was attended by high school students from schools, lyceums, gymnasiums and other educational institutions of the region interested in the homeland social and political history and the problems of Ukrainian statehood and nation development.


The 1st prize was received by Makarova Iryna, a 9th grade student of Ivanychiv Lyceum #1 (teacher Sinkevych Olena Stepanivna) and Oksana Lagodiuk, a 11th grade student of Richytsia Lyceum of Zabrodivka Village Council (teacher Serediuk Roman Romanovych).
The 2nd prize was received by Mykola Kozka (9th grade student of Zabrodiv Lyceum) (teacher – Duda Tetyana Adamivna) and 10th grade student of general secondary school # 15 of Lutsk Anna Matviishyna (supervisor Matviishyna Valentyna Volodymyrivna).
The 3rd prize was shared between a 9th grade student of Shchuryn Gymnasium of Dorosynivka Village Council Daryna Kavka (supervisor Voitiuk Valentyna Yakivna) and a 10th grade student of Torchyn Lyceum Anna Kobyts (supervisor Tomachenko Tetyana Stepanivna).
In addition to recognition and valuable rewards, the contestants will receive cash prizes: 600 hryvnias for the first prize, 400 hryvnias for the second prize, and 300 hryvnias for the third prize. We are grateful to the students and their leaders for participating in the competition and wish them victories in the future.
