Since the beginning of the department it is headed by Professor, Doctor of Economics Larysa Cherchyk. The international activity of the department of management is aimed at integration into the European space of higher education and the training of competitive specialists taking into account the priorities and needs of the domestic and global labor markets, creating conditions for training citizens of foreign countries.

The areas of work of the department of management in the field of international activity are:

involvement of scientists, specialists of foreign universities and leading companies in conducting thematic lectures, trainings, business simulations for students and teachers of the department;
organization of events aimed at improving students' and teachers' knowledge of a foreign language to a level sufficient for participation in international educational and scientific programs;
organization of language practices for students abroad and participation of students in professional summer schools;
organization of student exchange with foreign educational institutions with which the university has cooperation agreements;
provision of opportunities for study, internship abroad, exchange of students and teachers within the framework of international educational programs;
establishment of systematic work on informing students and teachers about participation in international educational and scientific programs and projects;
increasing the number of requests to international funds for financing scientific projects, grants (TEMPUS, Erasmus Mundus, Erasmus+, etc.);
participation of students, graduate students, teachers of the department in international and foreign conferences, round tables;
coverage of scientific achievements of the department at the international level during participation in international events organized both on the territory of Ukraine and abroad;
participation in programs of bilateral and multilateral exchange of teachers of the department for conducting scientific research, internships and professional development;
implementation of "Double degree" programs with foreign institutions of higher education for master's training;
ensuring the recruitment of foreign students in areas accredited by the university.

The main goal of the educational work of the department of management is the development of personality through patriotic, legal, ecological education, the establishment of moral values, social activity, civic position and responsibility, the principles of a healthy lifestyle, the ability to think freely and self-organize in modern conditions.

Main areas of the educational work of the department of management:

patriotic education (to nurture love for the native land, people, language, culture, traditions);
legal education (increasing the legal culture of students);
ecological education (promoting a careful and respectful attitude towards the surrounding world and the natural environment);
moral and ethical education;
artistic and aesthetic education;
labor education;
formation of personalities with an active civic, life and social position;
instilling in students the skills of a healthy lifestyle and physical culture;
formation of abilities for independent thinking, self-organization and making responsible decisions.
