Вимоги до вступу визначаються Правилами прийому до ВНУ імені Лесі Українки

Зарахування на підставі таких вступних іспитів (для державного замовлення):

1. Сертифікат зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання з української мови та літератури;
2. Сертифікат зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання з математики;
3. Фахове випробування (Економіка).

Educational qualification: Doctor of philosophy in management and administrating in specialty 072 “Finances, bank business and insurance”.

Requirements: Master`s (specialist`s) degree in specialty 072 “Finances, bank business and insurance” or related specialties and areas of knowledge 07 “Management and administrating”.

 The requirements for admission are made by the Principle about preparation of doctors of philosophy at Lesia Ukrainka`s Volyn National University.

 Admission is provided on the base of following entrance exams:

1. Professional exam on specialty;
2. Foreign language exam;
3. Report on specialty (or a list of scientific works on specialty if it is available).

Students of Bachelor`s degree of higher education in specialty “Finances, bank business and insurance” of Lesia Ukrainka`s Volyn National University have a unique opportunity to take part in the program “Double degree” at Jan Dlugosh`s Humanities and Science university in Czestohowo (Poland). Studying is absolutely free of charge, our students become full-fledged participants of educational process in Poland and have all attributes of a full-fledged polish student. In a result of such studying students get a degree of Lesia Ukrainka`s Volyn National University and a degree of Jan Dlugosh`s Humanities and Science university.

On the base of signed agreements by Lesia Ukrainka`s Eastern European National University about international academic mobility, the partners of the department are:

1. Higher School of Economics and Innovations of Lublin (Poland) – agreement of cooperation, exchange of students and professor-teaching staff;
2. Jan Dlugosh`s Humanities and Science university (Czestohowo, Poland) - agreement of cooperation, exchange of students, granting double degree, exchange of lecturers as guest professors for lecturing specialized disciplines;
3. Maria Curie Sklodovska`s university (Lublin, Poland) - agreement of cooperation, exchange of students, granting double degree, exchange of lecturers as guest professors for lecturing specialized disciplines.

There are 2 science clubs and 2 problem groups at the department:

• science club “Actual problems of public finances of Ukraine and foreign countries” (head: Karlin M);
• science club “Modern tendencies in development of finances and credit” (head: Tesliuk S.);
• problem group “Problems of forming financial resources of United Territorial Communities” (head: Prots` N.);
• problem group “Actual issues of Ukrainian bank system” (head: Matwiychuk N.).

The head of scientific institution FEM – Zvirko Anastasia, a third year student (group F&C-32) specialty 072 “Finances, bank business and insurance” (11 scientific publications).

The main tasks of functioning of the science clubs and problem groups:

• encouraging the formation of conditions for realizing scientific and creative potential of students of the specialty “Finances, bank business and insurance”;
• searching and supporting talented researchers among students and providing them with versatile help, including in the way of applying the system of bonus points for scientific work;
• encouraging forming the personality of a researcher, a modern scientist-economist with a wide outlook.

     Our activity:

• Organizing students` participation in Ukrainian and international science conferences;
• Organizing the activity of student science clubs and problem groups;
• Holding I round of Ukrainian student contests;
• Holding I round of Ukrainian contest of students` scientific works on economics areas of knowledge and specialties;
• Holding science round tables, discussions, talks and seminars;
• Organizing and holding “Festival of science” and the week of the faculty.
