On May 19, a meeting was held with the director of the Lutsk Local Centre for Free Secondary Legal Aid, a practicing lawyer of substantial hands-on experience, Olga Kudrytska, was held at the Faculty of Economics and Management for the students of the second (Master's) level of higher education in specialties 071 Accounting and Taxation and 072 Finance, Banking and Insurance. The topic of the meeting was "Legal aspects of illegal remuneration and its prevention."
Ms. Olga explained the responsibility for committing such illegal acts and told the students about the peculiarities of legal assessment of physical or mental coercion for providing illegal benefits.
The students and faculty representatives, who were also present at the event, joined the discussion for active participation, asked a lot of interesting questions and received comprehensive answers.
Such meetings contribute to the formation of a safe educational environment. We are sincerely grateful to Ms. Olga for an interesting conversation.
